KAISER CHIEFS STORE, a terrible service they give to their customers

I order a 2020/2021 season jersey on the 4th August 2021, up to now no update nor feedback received regarding my order. What makes me more angry is that I stay literally 5km from their village(NATURENA) and yet i have still not received the order.

I called them now 20 days later and they have no idea of what happened to my order, such a disgusting service from such a big Football Club. ORDER number KC9405
