Kalafong

My grandmother was admitted to Kalafong Hospital recently and unfortunately the care she received was unacceptable. Some staff members were disrespectful and unprofessional. On multiple occasions she was not given food overnight, and we witnessed staff arriving for duty who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity and safety, especially when they are sick. I’m sharing this so the hospital management can investigate and improve staff conduct and patient care on the ward she was in. I hope they address this urgently.
