Exceptional Service from Dr. Cloete at Kaleido Eye Care – Highly Recommended!

I had the pleasure of meeting the amazing Dr. Cloete at Kaleido Eye Care in Kempton Park after I lost my glasses and needed a new pair. I had never met him before, but I was immediately impressed by how professional and kind he was. He took the time to explain everything to me clearly, making sure I understood my eye health and prescription.

I was so impressed with his service that I took my 13-year-old niece to see him as well. She was nervous about wearing glasses and worried that other kids might bully her. Dr. Cloete was incredibly patient and compassionate — he took the time to talk to her, explain why glasses were important, and helped her feel confident and comfortable.

I also brought in one of our staff members who had been assaulted and lost most of his vision. Although his condition was beyond what glasses could help with, Dr. Cloete still sat with us, discussed potential options, and referred him to an ophthalmologist. He gave him hope when he needed it most.

Dr. Cloete is a truly exceptional person — not just a skilled optometrist, but someone who genuinely cares about people. I highly recommend him to anyone needing professional, compassionate eye care.
