Tiles in box not the same as displayed

I was extremely disappointment with a recent purchase of Porcelain Absolute Lt Grey tiles from their Paarden Eiland branch. The majority of the tiles looked markedly different from the sample tile displayed in-store and from the tile placed on top of the packaging. My tiler, trusting that I am aware of how the tiles looked, proceeded with the installation. It is extremely disappointing to now be left with a finish that does not reflect the quality I expected, nor what was represented in store. The tiles installed on my front stoep have unsightly marks and variations that were never evident in the showroom sample. This is particularly concerning given their prominent placement at my front entrance.

I sent an email to Kales Tiles to express my disappointment, but they have’t even acknowledged receiving it.
