They are so unprofessional , I called them to make arrangements for payment since I'm not working anymore,so we agreed on R200 first ,then another consultant called to say it has to be R250,I was furious but I was ok to pay that ,the next thing I'm getting a call from lawyers who says the dept was with them I need to make arrangements to pay R800. I refused because Kanga didn't call to say we have cancelled the arrangements,while I'm still confused Kanga debited the R1700 from my account ,they are such ****** they want me to pay them Kanga and the lawyers they also want me to pay them .why am I paying kanga and lawyers at the same time ? Where is my dept ? Is it with lawyers or Kanga ,such a ***** company stupid Kanga

They are so unprofessional , I called them to make arrangements for payment since I'm not working anymore,so we agreed on R200 first ,then another consultant called to say it has to be R250,I was furious but I was ok to pay that ,the next thing I'm getting a call from lawyers who says the dept was with them I need to make arrangements to pay R800. THE MOST *********** FINANCE IN STITUTION I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY SAID MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED AND GUESS WHAT MY ACCOUNT STILL SHOWS ON MY CREDIT REPORT. I REGRET THE DAY I GAVE THIS COMPANY MY DETAILS... POOR IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT , THE AMOUNT OF EMAILS I SENT AND NO ONE RESPONDS . PATHETIC

WORSE business ever. Not professional, actually they don't know what they're doing. It will take decades for them just to cancel the account while you're not owing them even a cent. Quick to debit your account but difficult to refund what they owe you. My advise is to stay away from them if you're not ready to handle stress. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

WORSE business ever. Not professional, actually they don't know what they're doing. It will take decades for them just to cancel the account while you're not owing them even a cent. A predatory finance company that charges poor people trying to build homes 34,75% interest on small loans My domestic worker was not shown the interest or total amount (compulsory under the NCA) and is now left with a huge settlement amount. Kanga are ******* and deviants preying on the poor. A disgusting business model. I don't know how they sleep at night.

Not a pleasant experience - I would not encourage anyone to use Kanga Finance, very unprofessional consultants, communication is poor. I have been paying my account account for over 2 years with no problem - never skipped a payment - life happens that I am facing Financial constraint now for this month of December since we had a funeral at Home - sent them emails a few weeks ago to ask for a payment skip only for this month of December then I will pay everything in January - called them for assistance and they told me where to get off - told me I am not the only one with problems and I am not the only one who pays their account well. - very unprofessional and no qualities of being Human.

I took a home loan with Kanga Finance instead of the payments going down the amount is increasing. When I want explanation I am promised that I will get a callback. I would discourage anyone wanting to use their services

On the 26 of July I spoke to one their consultants after Kanga had deducted its last settlement on my loan repayment, wanted to confirm that I had settled and my account was on zero. The lady I spoke to confirmed this, I asked for a paid up letter and that I be removed from their system, she said id only get it on the Monday after payments had fully reflected on their side as paid and not just debited. On the Saturday 27/07/24 Kanga tried to debit again from my account even though it was on 0.0, luckily I knew how they worked so I had transferred my money into a savings pocket. Monday I received my paid up letter from letter (I thought I'm finally don't with their incompetance). On the Tuesday I get a call saying that an error was made and I owe them R1886 and son cents, just after the call I got a reversal from them of that same amount. I asked that someone in management call me to explain why they deduction and reversing money from my account even after I had fully paid them, a consultant called Ayanda told me their management team is to busy to be calling me back. Zero customer service, denting my credit record for the 2nd time in a row and zero accountability from them. I even threatened to take them to court as I have a paid up letter from them but the management team couldn't be bothered.
