TOOK A LIFE COVE IN 2023, CONSULTANT SPECIFICALLY SAID SHOULD I FAIL TO PAY THE POLICY MONEY WILL BE THERE POLICY WONT LAPSE. 2026 I AM TOLD SHOULD I FAIL TO PAY POLICY WILL LAPSE. THIS COMPANY HAS ***** CONSULTANTS, IN THE NAME OF MAKING A SALE, AND WHAT IS WORSE IS THE MANAGEMENT WHO DONT EVEN KNOW WHATS GOING ON( THATS THE ANSWER I RECIEVED FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT CONSULTANT.. IVE HAD BAD STORIES ABOUT METROPOLITAN AND I REGRET THE DAY I TOOK POLICIES WITH THEM. BECAUSE OF THEIR POOR SERVICE AND UNQUALIFIED CONSULTANTS I HAD TO CANCEL MY SONS EDUCATIONAL POLICY. BAD IS AN UNDERSTATEMNT , THE LEFT DOESNT KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT IS DOING, FROM CONSULTANTS , CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGERS , PATHETIC SERVICE. MY CASE IS BEING INVESTIGATED FOR 2 WEEKS AND IM TOLD AFTER 2 WEEKS TO DO AN AFFIDAVIT, IT TOOK THEM 2 WEEKS TO DECIDE THAT... NEVER TAKE ANY POLICIES WITH METROPOLITAN
This delivery company has the worst bad delivery service ever... It says parcel delivered , BUT the driver Chose to deliver and give my parcel to the wrong person... this is the second time i get such bad delivery service. last time there was an issue again with my parcel , then im told i need to wait for DPD laser to sort it out .. I need to fly to cape town today at 16h00... this is the most horrible DELIVERY COMPANY EVEN
the most horrible customer service I've ever experienced.. The call center and city power turffontein consultant s are just occupying chairs for nothing. They don't care about their job whatsoever... Logged a call due to electricity fault 6 days later no one has come. The pole is spitting fire to a point that a wire full of fire fell on the ground and only two shops don't have electricity.. When we go to the office there's guys there that wants us to pay money.. Money for what? Nonsense, city power is ******* and I will report all of the people

ABSA loaded 2 accounts on credit bereau meanwhile i have one loan. this is affecting my credit profile bad , ive sent an email hoping to resolve this however this department care less about customers and i must say i regret the day i started banking awith ABSA.. I have been communicating with someone on emails and i must say useless is an understatement. credit bereau confirmed that it shows two loans and ABSA still insists its ONE.. you have Evil consultants who are selfish and dont care about customers

pension fund withdrawal department, the management and consultants needs to ALL get fired because NON of them are doing what they were hired to do. they never respond to emails, you hold for an hour or more before anyone answers the phone. MIBCO and MIFA needs to close down their offices. the most HORRIBLE service ever. MIBCO consultants are worse because they never know anything, when you ask them questions ( the answer is always , I DONT KNOW)... this says a lot about the management team, IT starts from the TOP.... you guys are the worst company EVER.. VERY POOR SERVICE.... been waiting for my pension money from january the 6th 2025 until now, NO ONE KNOWS WHY THE DELAY.... PATHETIC
Left our diagnostic machine that's worth R30.000.00 in a red sucking swift , ft 03 bj go , drivers name mbonoh..on the 22 february.. In drive customer service is horrible, very poor and they are not helpful at all.. Reported the matter to the police( mbonoh the driver is still driving for indrive.... How pathetic is indrive , allowing their employees to ***** from customers and nothing is done...stay away from in drive and their drivers
