KANGOL PENCIL DOES NOT RETRACT.
I sent a complaint to Truworths on '***********', no response . Forwarded the same complaint this morning. Truworths is the only supplier of Kangol makeup. I bought a pencil which is supposed to be retractable, swopped it once telling them is doesn't retract and it still doesn't. 5 days and the pencil is done. Pathetic and no response. Please tell me what to do. I bought it at Truworths Colonnade. I need a response about the pencil from you please. it is the Kangol Double-lish liner.

kangol Za torn bra empty promises
In March 2015 I bought a 2 pack kangol bra set. I noticed that one bra was torn on the seem. I emailed kangol and complained about this product. I was promised a replacement bra. 3 months later now being June I still have no replacement. I emailed and facebooked kangol with no response.
