We have been e-mail now since 20 th May. Have followed all the instructions they give and now radio silence. The watch is not charging and is now completely dead. We have the miliatry, apparently indestructible watch - really. We bought the watch to monitor my husband's health as he has a heart condition. Not sure what to do if something happens to him now. You do not get a response via e-mail, whatsapp number does not work, phone number does not work. No response on Facebook either. Shocking
Good day To start, I love your store and do 95% of my shopping at Queenswood Spar. I have a logged a call on the Spar website about a complaint and enquiry. I have had zero response. The store in question is Queenswood Superspar. I would like to know who the owner is and get no feedback. There was an incident in the store almost 2 weeks ago where my daughter was injured instore. On asking to speak to a manager about the matter, not 1 was on the floor or available. I went back on Sunday again to do some shopping (I love the Queenswood store) and tried speaking to a manager again, once again, not 1 on the floor. I have also messages via the whatsapp group….get 2 ticks but no response. I also sent an e-mail to the store address on their website, no response. We tried phoning Spar customer care, no-one answers. We tried phoning the store, no-one answers. This is really poor that there is no-one available to speak to instore. If I could rate lower, I would but that is not possible. a person pays a fortune for DSTv but when you need help you GET ZERO SATISFACTION. In August I received an e-mail telling me that my price lock contract is coming to an end and these are the offers available to me. Well I cannot access them. The contract came to an end end of September but the premium was increased from R917 to 1227. I have spoken to the call centre 3 times now and not joy. I spoke to someone, who said they escalated it but it came down by R100. Really...now R1127...still ridiculous. I would like to price lock of R899 as per the offer in the mail. Also, the extra that I have now paid, even though it was not due yet refunded. Your service is shocking...quite happy to take subscribers but useless service. I have been a premium subscribers for about 25 years, surely loyalty should come into play somewhere and better deals offers.
I am frustrated because you get no e-mail feedback from Discovery. I would like someone to please respond, a human and not keep telling me to use the bot of whatsapp because you don't get the right information. Also, a person does not have time to spend on the phone trying to find out what is going on. My query is about the reduced discovery savings. The one little bit of useful information I did receive is the amount less. Apparently 5% - and 5% of R25000 is not R5000. Our savings have gone down from R25000 last year to R20000. Can someone please respond via mail and explain to me what is going on. For a family of 4 for you to just take savings like is not viable. Please advise. Kind regards Leoni

If there was a zero rating you would get it. Ok, so now we are having the same issue as when you guys had the stupid idea to limit device streaming. I have reset my password and restored factory settings on my smart tv and ONCE AGAIN, WE CANNOT WATCH DSTV. I am so sick and tired of having to fight with you guys. Another thing, my account. I was locked on an amount of R839 for 24 months and once again I have to fight about this too. The amount reflecting on my app is R909, R70 more that what I should be paying. SORT THIS OUT IMMEDIATELY. I have had enough of having to deal with this ****. Paying what we pay and getting this ****ty service.
I have now been sending mails for 3 weeks and till today have had have zero response from the supposed Teljoy Care Crew. Please advise whether there are actually people working in your offices.
Taking a payment owed is a given and adding interest definitely. Paid up personal loan with a credit after requesting a settlement letter and paying accordingly. Then what happens , I get charged jnterest on an account that is in a credit. What absolute rubbish. 2nd time this year. And promises to be contacted...nothing..
Actually wish for minus stars. Biggest bunch of bull****. Endless issues with this limited streaming. What were you thinking...premium subscription but can't watch jack ****.
We have had such bad service from Direct Axis. We applied for a relief loan during lockdown last. It was approved, which means the debit order was stopped. All fine, well the debit order was never initiated again and now we are in arrears. This has given a bad credit record and this is problematic. We get told that we stopped the order at the bank, no we did not. I paid one month eft hoping that the debit order would kick, nothing. I need this matter to be resolved. We understand that we are in arrears but at this point can do nothing about it since cashflow is still a problem. If the debit order had gone off as it should have there would be no issues. Now the issue of the relief loan - the document says the debit order is for the 1st but it goes off on the 21st and we have asked numerous times that it be changed and nothing. So this month that will bounce too. What do I need to do to get a response from anyone without managers being rude when you do speak to them. The first e-mail was sent on 20 November and now in May and no satisfaction.
