I returned a watch which my friend ordered for me in early January as a Christmas gift. When I received the order I realized it was the incorrect watch. I contacted the company via email as they have no telephone number. I was told to return the watch at my own expense. Which I did.It was confirmed via email that the company had received the return. The correct watch I wanted was out of stock and as soon as they have it they would send it to me. It's been over 2 months now and back and forth communication via email as well as FB messenger and I still have not received my replacement watch. I am very disheartened as it was a gift paid for by my partner who is continuosly asking me where's the watch. I really need help with this issue

Bought a watch for my mom for her Birthday last May 2025. She gave it back to me in December 2025 saying I must sell it cause the battery doesn't last long and she needs to charge it every second day. I tried charging the watch but battery only lasts 2 days and that's without even using it. Contacted Watchily in January 2026 via email. Only reply I get is that I must put the watch in Power saving mode. Which does the same thing, battery only lasts 2 days. I'm not unhappy with the product but the aftersales service is very bad and still I am sitting with a R1500 watch no one can use. 10 emails sent with still no resolution :(

Don't use them. Just don't. I got the watch - Christmas 2025 present for my wife - not working. Told them (Diara) and sent a video. No contact numbers, just via email. But the fact that they have no contact number should have warned me off. But my wife was wanting one for awhile now. They are doing nothing about it and giving no refund or replacement.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. The delivery took far too long, and when the watch finally arrived, it looked nothing like the pictures online. The quality was extremely poor and not what I expected at all. To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service, I was told that I needed to send the watch from Durban to Sandton at my own cost, just for them to decide whether I’d get a credit. I find this approach to customer service unacceptable. Now, I’m left with a watch that looks cheap and doesn’t offer half of the features advertised. I expected much better!

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Send over ten emails with no responses. Made the order on the 18th of Dec. And still nothing. Just want a refund! Will never buy something from them again.

Absolutely the worst customer support i have ever delt with parcel gos missing no one can tell me where and whenever i try get in contact with them they hang up or dont reply to emails i would never use this company for anything again. Im still waiting for my item and its been ages and still no communication on where it is or when it will arrive (if ever)

I’m very disappointed with the service. I paid for my order on the 27th of November 2025 and still haven’t received my order. I’ve followed up numerous times on their Facebook page and via email but still no Joy.
