Bought a watch for my mom for her Birthday last May 2025. She gave it back to me in December 2025 saying I must sell it cause the battery doesn't last long and she needs to charge it every second day. I tried charging the watch but battery only lasts 2 days and that's without even using it. Contacted Watchily in January 2026 via email. Only reply I get is that I must put the watch in Power saving mode. Which does the same thing, battery only lasts 2 days. I'm not unhappy with the product but the aftersales service is very bad and still I am sitting with a R1500 watch no one can use. 10 emails sent with still no resolution :(
