I returned a watch which my friend ordered for me in early January as a Christmas gift. When I received the order I realized it was the incorrect watch. I contacted the company via email as they have no telephone number. I was told to return the watch at my own expense. Which I did.It was confirmed via email that the company had received the return. The correct watch I wanted was out of stock and as soon as they have it they would send it to me. It's been over 2 months now and back and forth communication via email as well as FB messenger and I still have not received my replacement watch. I am very disheartened as it was a gift paid for by my partner who is continuosly asking me where's the watch. I really need help with this issue
I purchased a slumbernite bed from the mobeni store in November 2023 and have complained more than once that the bed makes a noise when my partner and I are doing the business. I have more than once had a problem with the same bed. The salesman keeps telling me that the supplier says he must come test the bed. Which is ridiculous. He is not doing the business with a person on the bed but just comes and sit on the bed. He finds no noise.They refuse to change my bed which has a 20year warranty. He says the supplier refuse to change the bed. I keep asking them to give me the suppliers details. They refuse. How can you help me get joy out of this as it is a real mood killer when the bed makes a noise when you getting jiggy with it. I have complained before to hello Peter and did not get a response.
I made a review on hellopeter a few weeks ago about Game concerning my laptop. I still have not received any feedback. I called Game last week and received no joy. It's 2mnths now since I handed my laptop in for repairs. Please can you assist me with this problem
I purchased a Acer laptop from Game at Galleria Mall in Sept 2020. I only used the laptop since now for watching movies. I had a brand new hard drive inserted in the USB port which I did not remove until March 2021 to download more movies from another laptop. It was only until I tried inserting the hard drive into the other laptop did I realise there was something stuck in the hard drive as it refused to go into the USB port of the other laptop. It was a piece from the USB port from my laptop. I took the laptop back to Game as it was still under guarantee. They said they will send it to Acer. Acer wants me to pay almost 3k to fix the laptop which I don't feel I'm responsible for. I did not damage the laptop. This is also the second laptop which was replaced by Game. The first one of the same make refused to come on after a week of purchase. I cannot be held liable for fixing the laptop which is still under guarantee and is not my fault. Acer needs to repair the laptop with no cost to me or Game stores need to replace the laptop. I spoke to two managers at Game and they could not assist me.
Good day After having a negative experience with Malls tiles Dbn and after posting a review about my experience and challenges I faced with them I would like to commend them in their swiftness in resolving the issue.
I purchased what was supposed to be 1st grade polished porcelain tiles from Malls tiles in Durban. They were not what I paid for which cost me R15000. The tiles are developing stains on them from beneath the tile which cannot be removed. Malls tiles manager came out to inspect and tried to remove the stains but failed. They since offered to give me more tiles to the said value. Why would I want tiles from the same place that sold me defective tiles to begin with. My labour cost is not even included. To remove and replace the tiles they say is at my expense . Unacceptable.
