Very disappointing experience with Malls Tiles
I purchased a corner bathtub from Malls Tiles, expecting good quality based on their reputation. However, when we got home and started the installation, we discovered that the bottom of the bath did not sit properly on the surface. It was unstable and did not make full contact with the floor, which is a serious structural issue for a bath. We attempted to continue with the installation, thinking it might settle once secured, but the bath ended up cracking during the process due to the poor support underneath. When I returned to the store to raise the issue, one of the staff members was honest enough to admit that these corner baths are known to have factory faults and that he personally no longer recommends or sells them to customers. This was shocking to hear, as we were never warned about any issues at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, the store manager was not willing to assist. He refused to offer a refund, stating that the bath was not cracked when it left the store. I explained that we had checked for visible scratches and cracks when purchasing, but we were not aware of any underlying structural faults, and we trusted the store to sell a reliable product. It is very frustrating to spend money on a product that is known by staff to be faulty, only to be denied assistance when the issue becomes clear during normal installation. I expected better customer service, transparency, and accountability from a well-known retailer. I would advise future customers to be very cautious when purchasing corner baths from this store

We went to Malls Tiles In Brickfield
We went to Malls Tiles In Brickfield. From the time we walked in, we were welcomed with smiles. We were welcomed by Reidash Singh who was very helpful. Imran was at the cashier, a very kind, friendly gentleman. We were served samosas, water and a suckers. All the staff was friendly. Kudos to all of them. This kind of service was refreshing.

We went to Malls Tiles In Brickfield
We went to Malls Tiles In Brickfield. From the time we walked in, we were welcomed with smiles. We were welcomed by Reidash Singh who was very helpful. Excellent service by Jason Gounden
Excellent service by Jason Gounden. If you looking for tiles and all accessories do not look any further than Malls. Go see Jason, I did and I got an excellent price on all items. I also had no issues when I needed to return some items, so fast and easy. Best tile place ever...best range anywhere. Do not waste your time driving around...just go to Malls. Thank you guys

Excellent service by Jason Gounden. If you looking for tiles and all accessories do not look any further than Malls. Go see Jason, I did and I got an excellent price on all items. I also had no issues when I needed to return some items, so fast and easy. Best tile place ever...best range anywhere. Do not waste your time driving around...just go to Malls. Thank you guys

Contradicting Refund Policy
I bought pvc wall panels on the 18th of March but my clients were not happy with the color, as I own a renovations company so I brought it back for a refund on the 24th of March, as their policy stipulates that refunds and exchanges are done within 30 days. When I get to the store they tell me they don’t do returns and refunds which contradicts their policy, the manager Shaun didn’t want to come out to deal with this matter and he kept sending people to tell me they don’t do refunds. Luckily I spoke to a gentleman called Aslam Omar who assisted me and orchestrated my refund, he even went as far as calling head office to make my refund cash even though I initially paid by card and they don’t do refunds more than R2500, but he made that happen. It is appalling that we have companies that want to operate in SA but does not want to comply with South African consumer’s acts and laws. Thanks to Aslam and Krish who were very helpful in getting my refund

Faith Chasara from Malls Tiles in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town, needs to be commended on the handling of my problem after buying tiles at the branch where she is floor manager. After buying tiles to the value of R7000+ for the cottage I am renovating just outside Bredaarsdorp, 213 kms away from Cape Town, I hit a snag in that transporting the tiles all that way would cost a fortune. Faith tried to help in that regard but it still worked out too expensive. I requested a refund on the already bought tiles and Faith went about my request with understanding and compassion. Needless to say, I received the refund into my account two days later.

Malls tiles poor after sales service
I had purchased close to 300sq meters of 1st grade porcelain tiles from Malls. Very friendly service however after installation I noticed scratches all over the tiles. I asked them to advise what was causing this and how to avoid it with the rest of the tiling...no one was sent to have a look. I have been given the run around for a month now saying that they are discussing. Spent alot of money on these tiles and now they look 20 years old. Extremely poor after sale service
