Don't use them. Just don't. I got the watch - Christmas 2025 present for my wife - not working. Told them (Diara) and sent a video. No contact numbers, just via email. But the fact that they have no contact number should have warned me off. But my wife was wanting one for awhile now. They are doing nothing about it and giving no refund or replacement.
I would give no stars if there was an option. My experience with them was very bad. They said they would refund me for a Nintendo Switch because of an over-heating problem. I bought it as an 2019 Xmas gift for my kids. I got no refund when I took it back and I don't have the console either. While the shop staff were doing what they were supposed to do, they were very indifferent, unhelpful and unsympathetic. The owner Spencer was worse and unduly confrontational. I ended up ranting in the shop when I realised I was not going to get the refund that had said they would do. R5000. Who would not rant and rave. Yet they had the gall to say I threatened them. One of the first things they said to me when I dropped the console back with them was that they were not into 'buy and try'. !! Who says that to a customer they have laid eyes on for the 1st time?.... I could probably novelise my entire experience. It was terrible.
