kangol Za torn bra empty promises

In March 2015 I bought a 2 pack kangol bra set. I noticed that one bra was torn on the seem. I emailed kangol and complained about this product. I was promised a replacement bra. 3 months later now being June I still have no replacement. I emailed and facebooked kangol with no response.
