Kapsule clothing

I have placed an order on kapsule about 3 or four weeks ago... Firstly I get no email with a tracking number as promised. Secondly after two weeks the parcel gets delivered to a wrong location. Thirdly nobody ever returns my calls with progress on my order... The service is pathetic and have still not received my order... Will never buy from them again. Instagram page doesn't allow u to comment either... Just shows that if u are able to comment then people will complain
