Wrong order, no response
I’ve emailed, called, texted and inboxed. At first I thought it was an innocent mistake when they sent me a T-shirt won’t R120 instead of the dress I’d ordered worth over R300. Their lack of feedback, has made me realize it’s not just an innocent mistake, it’s bad business practice at best and a scam at worst. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail mail and texts and emails go unanswered. I’m beyond annoyed.

Hello People, please NEVER EVER order from Kapsule Online, never deliver, never answer emails or phone calls or messages, Instagram, NOTHING, I have been waiting for an Order to be delivered since THE BEGINNING OF OCTOBER , please save your Monies people, they are Scammers!!!!

Bad service
I placed , payed via Eft . I revived an email saying they will send orde number within 24 hours . Still waiting. I am trying to cancel the order and asked for a refund , nothing is working none of the 2 numbers is working Nor the email address... please don’t order from them .

Kapsule online shop! Scammers!
I ordered shoes for me and my friend in January and up until now I have not received them, i kept commenting on their Instagram posts and now they have closed comments. Everytime I think about it my heart aches.

Love my item but delivery quite slow
I absolutely love my dress I bought from Kapsule. I received a lot of compliments when I wore it. The only schlep I experienced with Kapsule is the time it took for my item to be delivered but overall I am very happy with my item and will order again and wait patiently as I know that I will receive a good quality product.

I absolutely love my dress I bought from Kapsule. I received a lot of compliments when I wore it. The only schlep I experienced with Kapsule is the time it took for my item to be delivered but overall I am very happy with my item and will order again and wait patiently as I know that I will receive a good quality product.

Disgusting Service!
I ordered a dress on 11 April 2018 and paid online, I still have not received it! they sent me the wrong size twice and promised to send me a complimentary dress of my choice, but I did not receive my order, the complimentary dress or a refund. They promised to get back to me by the end of August 2018, but I have not heard back from them since. Even after numerous emails and Facebook messages. I will never recommend or order from them. they have the worst customer service! and are incredibly inefficient. Its Disgusting, their phone lines and email don't even work.

Kapsule clothing
I have placed an order on kapsule about 3 or four weeks ago... Firstly I get no email with a tracking number as promised. Secondly after two weeks the parcel gets delivered to a wrong location. Thirdly nobody ever returns my calls with progress on my order... The service is pathetic and have still not received my order... Will never buy from them again. Instagram page doesn't allow u to comment either... Just shows that if u are able to comment then people will complain Warning: don't ever buy from them
