They don't even deserve a star.. Such pathetic service.. Pathetic attitude.. We were told to buy our towels wnen we got there.. After buying them.. They said the size has to be changed and we drove back to the mall to buy bigger towels... Such an inconvenience and waste of money not budgeted for No apology or signs of remorse for their pathetic service
FOOD LOVERS SANDOWN, PARKLANDS on the 7th of March on Tuesday I bought cooked veges ( Potatoes and creamed spinach after 6 pm. They were marking them down to 50% as they usually do . I dished up the spinach myself and I made a comment that it was watery for creamed spinach. When I got home the taste was awful and off .. This caused myself and my chid to have food poisoning side affects for 2 days.. nausea, running tummy which caused sleepless night . I didnt go to work for those 2 days. I reported this via Facebook on your page and they got FLM to phone me . I spoke to David who emailed me an insurance form and I told I didnt go to the doctor but I know it was the spinach that caused the cramps and running tummy. I emailed the form to him and too the hard copy on Sunday the 12th . He phoned me the next day that the Insurance is declining because I didnt see a doctor . WHETHER II SAW THE DOCTOR OR NOT THE FACT REMAINS THEIR SPINACH WAS OFF/ ROTTEN !!! AFTER COMPLAINING HE SAID HIS MANAGER WILL CALL ME AND IM STILL WIATING FOR THAT CALL !!! ALL I WANT IS FOR THEM TO TAKE RESPONSIBILTY OF SELLING ROTTEN FOOD. 2. CASE NO 2 : ON THE 12TH OF MARCH ON SUNDAY I RETURNED ROTTEN PORK SHOULDER TO THE BUTCHERY.. THE SMELL AND TASTE WERE AWFUL. THEY ALSO COULD NOT STAND THE SMELL ON THAT PIECE OF MEAT.. THEY EXCHANGED IT WITH FRESH MEAT AND WASHED / CLEANED MY PAN THAT I CAME WITH TO THE SHOP. AT LEAST THE BUTCHER TOOK RESPONSIBILTY COMPARED TO THE MANAGER WHO REFUSES TO... BY THE WAY THE INCIDENT WITH THE ROTTEN MEAT WAS NOT THE 1ST TIME
This is for Gaia health and beauty clinic in Parklands, Capetown.. Such pathetic service I got from them in April.. I booked a mani/ pedi a week before.. On the 27th of April the, day before my appointment the phoned me in the afternoon to tell me there's no one to do my nails the next day.. Such **** and most atrocious service.. They didn't even apologize for this.. They said they didn't know their the****** will take time off.. I'm canceling my voucher with them
