Half cooked Food

Good day I've purchased 10 x beans bunnies this morning from your Phoenix store, I've given 9 out to the people begging on the road, and kept one for myself, Only to get into it, hard beans, hard potato and hard half cooked dhall lentils at the bottom,

Rather disgusted with the manner your food was prepared, People pay their hard earned money to buy food, yes I understand it's a vegetarian shop, but this food has to be prepared well as well.

Rather Sad to have distributed "half cooked food" to people.
