Disappointment in wedding photos

I regret to say that my experience with Karen Pretorius Photography was extremely disappointing. My daughters wedding day was one of the most special moments of her life, but the quality of the photos we received was far below what we were promised or expected. The images were poorly composed, lacked creativity, and did not capture the essence of the day. Many important moments were missed, and the overall editing was subpar.

On top of that, the customer service was almost non-existent. After the wedding, we struggled to get any clear communication or updates on when we would receive our photos. Our concerns were ignored, and the photographer did not seem interested in resolving any of the issues we brought up.

For such a significant event, we expected much more professionalism and quality. I do not recommend Karen Pretorius Photography if you're looking for someone to truly capture your special moments with care and attention to detail.
