Disappointed! Doctors can't even calm my daughter down, she must be on oxygen, a drip if needed and can't even put in a needle correctly that me and my husband stepped in after 7 attempts and bruising her arms and hands. The staff in the children's ward is so rude especially the night shift doctors and nurses. Giving my daughter medicine at the wrong time. They don't communicate anything only treat you like you weren't supposed to be there and spoiling their day. They don't communicate with the day staff at all, because the day shift say one thing and the night shift say another. They don't communicate with the doctors as well. My doctor whom helped my daughter say we are getting discharge and they say they don't know anything of it. Why would the doctor and day shift say my daughter is in a safe condition to go home, but the night shift want to keep my daughter. With all this unnecessary, unfair, traumatic experience my daughter has to go though and we as parents only wanting the best for our children are being treated as if we are making their work difficult for needing medical support. Never going back. I would rather sell my car to support my children and getting them the humane, caring and understanding team or medical support than to ever going back.
