Worst hospital ever

This is the worse hospital ever, my mom arrived here diagnosed with Breast cancer in September, she did her biopsy and mammogram. when it was time to get her results in October, they told her they can't locate her biopsy results she has to do the biopsy again and wait another 3 weeks for her results which she received in November. her cancer now has spread to her bones and liver. on top of that she's in pain since but only started her treatment in November. the doctor took her folder and said they will discuss her way forward whether they will operate her or she will start a Chemo etc and promised to call me back for the end feedback but I haven't received ant call still. instead, they gave a follow-up date for next year. they ****** her all her survival chances. they have no write to write off a person. Even if your cancer is metastic they are available treatment options still but they shut her off. Im very angry now her body is static to fail . watching your parent go through such. why couldn't they send her to another hospitals instead of delaying things.
