kaspersky ****** me
.... kaspersky antivirus just ****** me - last week wednesday i tried to put the antivirus onto my new computer (old computer to old to udate) - paid via credit card which was done - not a word or email, not a key or beep, absolutely nothing once payment went through - tried calling h/o in johannesburg but they just answer phones ***, - they ended up putting me through to someone who could not speak english but that's not the worst - ended up on the phone to someone in malaysia can you believe it. - all at my cost - cant email them, help line is a ai bot - even homepage opens in russian lololol - i will get my money back but will never ever use kaspersky again - what a **** - if i could give -1star i would - please be aware folks

27 Mar 2025, 10:05... thursday 27 march - i have had email communications opened with KASPERSKY"s supposedly called "help line" the past week - just as bad if not worse than their webpage - like i said previously, i will get my money back from them and get this ******* off my new computer - it's all in a RUSSIAN language - but people please beware of KASPERSKY - DO NOT GO NEAR THEM if you are thinking about installing an anti-virus software on your computer - they must rank among the worst i have had to deal with the past 50 years of my adult life - 0 out of 10 for KASPERSKY
