.... unbelievable - 5 or 6 calls to old mutual within the past hour try to update my will - calls keep getting directed from one person to the other only to be cut off at the end - what a disgusting way to treat an age-old client - you are a disgrace to your industry old mutual a terrible disgrace - you should be very ashamed and embarrassed at your lack of costumer care - what are all those people doing there and getting paid for absolutely pathetic -10 stars if i could - you should all be fired and would be if there was anybody at old mutual who had any idea at what is going on - down old mutual down
.... kaspersky antivirus just ****** me - last week wednesday i tried to put the antivirus onto my new computer (old computer to old to udate) - paid via credit card which was done - not a word or email, not a key or beep, absolutely nothing once payment went through - tried calling h/o in johannesburg but they just answer phones ***, - they ended up putting me through to someone who could not speak english but that's not the worst - ended up on the phone to someone in malaysia can you believe it. - all at my cost - cant email them, help line is a ai bot - even homepage opens in russian lololol - i will get my money back but will never ever use kaspersky again - what a **** - if i could give -1star i would - please be aware folks
.... still sore and tired, so i won't go into the details of the assault and ****** i experienced at absa bank in jeffreys bay (all captured on cctv camera which they would not show me today) - i was born in pietermaritzburg 69.3 years ago - i am an african irishman - the past 4 days absa bank jeffreys bay taught me that i have to accept the fact that the south africians of a darker completion really hate me (not the ones i know who love me and visa/versa) - viva donald trump viva - longlive donald trump longlive - to all the good boers still alive and well, in this once beautiful but now Godforsaken country - accept donald trumps grateful invitation to you - leave before they kill us all - they will all starve to death or kill eachouther whichever comes first - i don't care anymore - just noted by hellopeter that absa do not have the courage to list on hellopeter - their email action@absa.coza - dont expect any LOL

... after 40 years or more - they still don't recognize me - 20min phone call (@ my expense) mr dylin can't help me - - tried logging in 4 times - received username and password via sms - still doesn't recognize me - *** - im still a little concerned about the future and ai - but bring it on baby these humanoids at old mutual really suck

I had the exact experience as Jason had on Telegram - except i had done some research and thank goodness I came across his review here on hellopeter - thank you guys so much for this platform - it must be 15 or more years that I have re**** and trusted you all. - I played along withy the free tasks and then came the pay-in tasks - I had explained to my "receptionist" that I was no confident enough to do the pay-in task and she said its ok I can just do the free tasks - this I did but every two to three tasks became a paid task which i skipped (after reading Jason's review on hellopeter) and continued for the rest of the day (a lot of participants on the workgroup seemed to be bots) - at the end of the day i was blocked from the workgroup and told by my receptionist Abiba that i could not work further until I paid in - exactly as Jason had reviewed - I rep**** that i did not to proceed and would rather take the money I had earned for the day and call it quits - guess what - they would not - its not about the money - Im just so grateful for Jasons review, (which without I do believe I would have lost money) and for a platform like hellopeter - Thanks you guys

As a client of around 15 years or more its a SAD DAY when you feel like a nobody when dealing with your bank. Capitec Client Care has made me feel that way the past three weeks when dealing with then over the phone. Its not so much about the cost of each call (15-20mins) but the actual care less attitude from the staff operating the center. I hope that my frustrating 4 or 5 calls today may bring out a better response. To feel this way about your own bank after so many years is not the way i expected it to be. But then when i see the average rating given to Capitec on Hellopeter - i realize I'm not the only one.
... tired of being frauded by these criminals at checkers - at plettenberg mall earlier where they had a so called special on 1st choise butter-buy one for 85.99 and get one free - ****ing liers and thieves - charged me for both full price - should be charged for fraud ****ing criminals - **** you checkers its been a long relationship but now you're ****ing dead to me
