Katiso bus Service is HORRIBLE! bus route : Joburg to Harare Departed 06-12-2018

The service of this bus is terrible , DO NOT USE THIS BUS , I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS BUS. I booked for my sister and my kids to travel and instead of this bus departing at 3pm it arrived 8pm in the evening and the bus was horrible , you could see that it was not even good for local trips but they brought it as a cross boarder bus. The bus departed Park station past 8 and only today this morning after 12 hours my sister told me that they are stuck in Luis Ritchards , the bus cnt move anymore. The seats were tied together with ropes as they were broken. Horrible! horrible! horrible! DO NOT USE THIS BUS. My sister told me that when they complained this morning they were told that the bus is not meant to carry people but luggage IMAGINE .
