Katiso terrible bus
Why is there no zero stars . This bus is terrible, even if they offer you for free , do not board. Bus arrived 3hrs late, the conductors were rude, bus in a terrible condition. I hope my sister arrives safetly.

Katiso terrible bus

Katiso bus Service is HORRIBLE! bus route : Joburg to Harare Departed 06-12-2018
The service of this bus is terrible , DO NOT USE THIS BUS , I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS BUS. I booked for my sister and my kids to travel and instead of this bus departing at 3pm it arrived 8pm in the evening and the bus was horrible , you could see that it was not even good for local trips but they brought it as a cross boarder bus. The bus departed Park station past 8 and only today this morning after 12 hours my sister told me that they are stuck in Luis Ritchards , the bus cnt move anymore. The seats were tied together with ropes as they were broken. Horrible! horrible! horrible! DO NOT USE THIS BUS. My sister told me that when they complained this morning they were told that the bus is not meant to carry people but luggage IMAGINE .

Zero for Katiso
Worst experience bus was meant to arrive at 15:45 keep in mind one needs to arrive 30 min early which l did. A cold day in Jhb , waiting for a bus that never showed up if it did show up eventually l was gone , l waited till 7pm from 3 imagine. The WhatsApp line whoever that was assisting me went quiet on me ended up not responding my message. Computicket check your busses. Sigh worst experience l haven’t gotten over that experience.

Katiso bus review
The bus was scheduled to depart at 1545 but departed at 1900.No explosion and apology was given for the delay.Just after departure from Newton the bus had a breakdown at Grayston off ramp just 10km away .The interior was in very bad shape. To sum it up this was my worst experience traveling with a bus.
