You guys will take any business and put it on your site.katiso bus is treating passengers like animals you wait for more than 5 hours for a bus at night.you guys are complicit in the behavior of these shoddy bus services.please remove that shady bus from your site

Covid plight insensitive company
It is disappointing how companies won’t hesitate to charge us but not so eager to provide the service.In the times of covid they won’t even be sensitive to everyone’s plight to find how they can assist and will simply just blow you off.My husband is stuck outside the country due to closed borders and Telkom won’t fix our WiFi until he PERSONALLY goes into the shop ?but despite them refusing to assist me even with consent from my husband via email and other documents,they continue to charge us full amount for dead WiFi that they won’t fix.my last contract with these insensitive people.everyone is aware people are genuinely stuck outside SA borders.Telkom doesn’t care because they still get to charge us,they lose nothing.3 months now paying hard earned money for no WiFi.
