Placed a booking online and arrived at resturant to find it closed. Contacted Martie to find out why it was closed, and was told that the 11 o clock bookings were cancelled and moved to 5 o clock, due to not enough bookings. Mind you this is a resturant we are about. She had no decency to contact me to notify me of this. What such pethetic service.

I made a booking for a seating for the 15 November 2015 , for 8 adults and 1 child on 27 October 2015 at this venue. On 28 October I received an e-mail confirming my booking and that they did receive my deposit. The e-mail stated that the full amount must be paid in full 48 hours prior to the day of the event. On 10 November I confirmed the booking . At 15H45 I however received a telephone call from Christine requesting that I must change the date to the 14 or any other day. I stated that it was not possible as I already made arrangements with the people accompaning me to this lunch. They even had to cancel their participation at the 94.7 cycle challenge to attend. She mentioned that they do not make provision for a booking less than 20 people. I mentioned that this information was NEVER conveyed to me. She then said that she is lokking forward to see us on the 15th. At 16H00 an e-mail was sent stating that they are cancelling the seating for Sunday the 12 th (Check their date) as they can not open their island for only 8 people. I think this is disgusting as I had to quickly make arrangement for lunch for my guests. This is DISGUSTING
