Outstanding Refund

Our Kayaking experience that was booked for 12 March 2022 at Three Anchor Bay in Seapoint Capetown had to be cancelled by Kayak Wild due to unforeseen bad weather. My daughter has paid in full for 2 people on that same day. Brandon from Kayak Wild promised my daughter that she will be fully refunded but today is 7 working days later, and still no refund.. We have tried to call Brandon numerous times to inquire but with no success because his phone is either on voicemail or just ringing.. He doesn't return our calls or reply to any of the messages . Very disappointing indeed.
