Over charged on 08-02-2022 - awaiting refund

I have contacted them twice via email, via Facebook Messenger and called. I asked them to refund me via EFT as I do not live close enough to their shop to drive all the way back. They will 'get back' to me which is not happening.

Here is the email I sent them with a photo of the invoice and the payment slip:

I bought 2 m of rayon material @ R59.99pm on Tuesday 08-02-2022. Total price R119.98 - see till slip

I paid by debit card and was charged R199.98. OVER CHARGED by R80. I only noticed it when I got home.

Please contact me to arrange a refund via EFT as I do not live close to your shop to collect the money from you
