The pudo 'upgrade' on 30 August 2024. It's a total minefield now!After booking a new parcel and completing every step, it gives a server ERROR! It is supper frustrating trying to use the site after the supposed upgrade! IT TAKES 3 TIMES the amount of time to find the lockers as the search is not working. The app is a failure too. I'm super frustrated! Battling to book since last night. Tried again this morning just to encounter a server error!
Absa at The Grove Mall in Pretoria East is the worst branch! I visited the branch yesterday to find that I was 18th in line at Customer Services. For around 30 minutes there was only ONE person at that counter. After moving up 4 places in 45 minutes, I left the bank unable to wait for another 2 to 3 hours. While sitting in line I called the bank 3 times - no answer. I am currently on crutches and my leg is in a cast. I'm 69 years old and has been with Absa for 40+ years. There is no counter for pensioners, people with disabilities or people in wheelchairs or crutches who cannot stand at the counter. The lady 'managing' the front of the bank was not helpful, was unable to give any information on any of my questions and refered me to the bank app. Her excuse for the lack of a designated counter for pensioners..... We are a small branch! There is a counter there but it is closed. Why have it if it is not in use? Absa, I will close all of my accounts, move all my debit orders and never recommend you to any South African. You bank fees are too high, you are understaffed (is it a cost cut!), cannot answer basic questions and seems too lazy to answer the phone. I'M DONE WITH ABSA BANK! THE ONE AT THE GROVE MALL IS THE PITS!
I have contacted them twice via email, via Facebook Messenger and called. I asked them to refund me via EFT as I do not live close enough to their shop to drive all the way back. They will 'get back' to me which is not happening. Here is the email I sent them with a photo of the invoice and the payment slip: I bought 2 m of rayon material @ R59.99pm on Tuesday 08-02-2022. Total price R119.98 - see till slip I paid by debit card and was charged R199.98. OVER CHARGED by R80. I only noticed it when I got home. Please contact me to arrange a refund via EFT as I do not live close to your shop to collect the money from you
We bought a fridge online on 21 October 2020. It is now 14 days later and it still not delivered. Apparently the fridge has been at the warehouse since last week. Several phone calls and requests later and the fridge is still there. Not delivered!!!!!!!
I have logged a complaint before. I have been without a washing machine for a month now. I am unable to get it repaired, replaced or refunded. I have been to Game Menlyn where I bought it. The insurance company was supposed to inform Game Menlyn torefund or replace my ashing machine. The manager did not know about it - he received no instructions about my case. He tried to call the extended warranty company but he was put on hold for so long that I left my details with him to try again later. What more must I do to get a working washing machine?????????????? I will contact the Insurance Ombudsman tomorrow. I have downloaded the form and will send it to them as soon as possible.
I bought a Samsung 9 kg Top loader from Game Menlyn on 25-02-2015. I paid an extra amount for an extended warranty for 5 years after purchase. When my washing machine started making an odd noise, I logged a job for repairs with the Game extended warranty department by phone on 18-12-2017. They promised to repair it within 2 - 3 days. Because I receiving no feedback for several days, I sent them an email on 02-01-2018 after which they called me and the technician came to my house the next day. He removed the faulty part which he said is the gearbox (if I understood him correctly) He promised that the part will be replaced this week. By yesterday 11-01-2018 I sent another email to enquire about the repairs. They called me today 12-01-2018 to say that the part is not available. They will give me my money back. I have to take the machine to Game Menlyn to get my money back. Not a full replacement, my money back. My problem is this: If the part is not available and the machine cannot be repaired, I will loose the following: I can only get the purchase price back - the price has gone up in price since. I have to transport the machine to the store myself (in a sedan) or pay somebody to take it there. I loose the cover that I paid for. Once I buy another machine, I have to pay a delivery fee to get the machine home. I'm trying to get Game to repair the machine. Why is the Samsung part not available? They want to resolve the problem at my expense! Their warranty is a scam - not worth the money. Very difficult to contact them by phone. The toll free number cuts off at 25 minute. I wasted hours getting through justto report my problem
It took tracker 17 days to inform me that my unit is not working. My car was parked in my garage from 08-08-2017 until 20-08-2017 during my trip overseas. It was in daily use after that. They let me know in 25-08-2017. It will only be repaired today 28-08-2017. I am 64 years old and live on my own. My vehicle could have been stolen, hi-jacked or been in an accident. I would have been without assistance. Skytrax told me I could 'just call the emergency number' in an emergency! How ridiculous is that?

The security guard at my town house complex received it as it was during office hours.</p> <p>The contents was broken - not cracked. It was smashed completely due to an obvious fall. It was packed very securely in bubble wrap. I took photos of the state of the contents.</p> <p>I'm utterly disappointed the service of UTI Sun Couriers. They got paid for a service that they did not provide successfully. It should have been clear that a parcel that was dropped to the extent that the contents is utterly destroyed, should be inspected and not delivered.</p> <p>I logged a complaint about their service with Shoprite.</p>
