Card declined and Shop owner think I ****med him

Good afternoon Sir/Madam

This is Katleho From 140: Becker Street Bellevue East, Yeoville this From TS SUPERMARKET in Becker Street just few houses from my place at 12:19 02-12-2025 I got there asked to purchase prepaid Water, using my bank card it all R395.00 and I was charged R430. Fortunately enough my card declined to this transaction. So now the owner think I ****med him or whatever the case may be kindly please assist him in this matter.

And even on my Bank statement it doesn't Appear.
