I will never ever let my friends and family use this app I tried for 4 weeks to get my money that is in their wallet but they refuse to help and i will write a review on every single platform the are use less

Not happy at all with them, blulabel distribution paid back my refund into their account and I have been following up from last week they been saying it will take up to 72 hours to be paid back to my account and it's been more than 72 hours and I just inquired and was now told about relevant department ay, my account is 8098490744

Good afternoon Sir/Madam This is Katleho From 140: Becker Street Bellevue East, Yeoville this From TS SUPERMARKET in Becker Street just few houses from my place at 12:19 02-12-2025 I got there asked to purchase prepaid Water, using my bank card it all R395.00 and I was charged R430. Fortunately enough my card declined to this transaction. So now the owner think I ****med him or whatever the case may be kindly please assist him in this matter. And even on my Bank statement it doesn't Appear. Regards Kahleho Zamela

I have a small business and sell airtime. has been struggling with the machine we sell airtime on since the beginning. today my machine just decided to stop working after i made a sale. the sale didn't print. after restarting the machine to log in and to reprint the sale the machine was blocked. I phoned the the call centre of kazang just to realize that they wont be able to assist me. according to the call centre it would take 7 working days. One of the area managers/technician picked up his phone when i phoned him. he could not give me a specific time to when he will be able to assist me. About an hour and twenty minutes after we spoke he arrived at my shop to change the machine with another one and told me I have lost the last sale that didn't print. I am thankful that he assisted me the same day. Kazang doesn't have any aftersales or client service. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Next time stay away from swipping your bank card at Kazang machines as they reporting system and transactions reports are stupid they failing to refund my my money even thou I sent them a report from my bank with transaction id and everything they might need by they keep telling me they can't assist me

Yesterday, I purchased an internet voucher that didn't recharge. When I called mtn, I was given a kazang number. Kazang told me to WhatsApp them the slip. They still haven't gotten back to me. When I went to the Somalian seller, he refused to refund me. I just left it there. I shall never ever ever buy kazang ******* anymore.

Add posted on social media for electricity units , the staff cannot help even the machines belong to them , ****, they should close down , representatives are rude They will come up with stories, just a ****
