I have a small business and sell airtime. has been struggling with the machine we sell airtime on since the beginning. today my machine just decided to stop working after i made a sale. the sale didn't print. after restarting the machine to log in and to reprint the sale the machine was blocked. I phoned the the call centre of kazang just to realize that they wont be able to assist me. according to the call centre it would take 7 working days. One of the area managers/technician picked up his phone when i phoned him. he could not give me a specific time to when he will be able to assist me. About an hour and twenty minutes after we spoke he arrived at my shop to change the machine with another one and told me I have lost the last sale that didn't print. I am thankful that he assisted me the same day. Kazang doesn't have any aftersales or client service. Would not recommend them to anyone.
