No urgency when it comes to assisting clients
Not happy at all with them, blulabel distribution paid back my refund into their account and I have been following up from last week they been saying it will take up to 72 hours to be paid back to my account and it's been more than 72 hours and I just inquired and was now told about relevant department ay, my account is 8098490744

Unpaid withdrawal
Made a withdrawal of R400 ón the 25th of July next thing my account was closed but I eventually got assisted in reactivating it but I never received my withdrawal and I have communicated with the in all channels but don't get assisted, I called they said they are looking into my problem and will call me back but I never received any calls till today.

Unhappy client
So after my last complaint I wrote here about tymebank they sent me an email that my case will be reviewed by the 27th, I then called in again on yesterday and was told that a lady called Mbali will be in contact. She called this morning and ontop of the affidavit they requested in April they now asking me for more things I don't have, she then said she will call me at 10:00am. Till now I have been waiting for her call, as I said they can keep their account they must just release my money I need to buy food for my kids. Yes it is not that much but it will make a huge difference in my home.

Debit hold
Banked with them for years but today my account has been onhold with my funds, I long sent what was required from me and they said they will respond in 7 days it's now 2 months later still nothing from them. I want my money, they must just release my money and keep their account.

Slavery
Credit clear are bluffers who treat their employees like slaves, when you work at credit clear you are not allowed to get sick. They don't allow you to go if your child is sick, when you are sick they don't allow you to go. A consultant fainted and was sprayed with water after waking up they instructed them to go back to dial, they are racists who only care about themselves. The HR lady Bernie acts nice when she interviews you but she, Leon and the other lady the only white people in the company treat their workers like ****
