I was employed at KBH Plastics in Lanseria Corporate Estate on the 7th of January 2019 by Mr Sudesh Gobind and Mr Kgomotso Molefe. KBH Plastics is said to be a 100% Black owned company but in the short period of time that I was there Mr Kgomotso Molefe kept on telling me that he actually wanted a white person in my position and that he was doing me favor by giving me that opportunity yet Mr Molefe would continuously joke about how I like speaking English all the time. On the 18th of January 2019 at 23:02 I received a text message from Mr Molefe saying "There's a likelihood that I may terminate your contract. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR CONDUCT. SEEMS LIKE YOU FORGOT THAT I AM NOT FRIEND BUT YOUR BOSS'' i did not respond to this text message as I was unsure what it was about as I do not recall Mr Molefe and I ever getting into a quarell of any kind. On Monday morning Mr Molefe called me into Mr Gobinds office and said do I remember that during my interviews he said he actually wanted white person for this position and as I tried to respond Mr Molefe said that he is not at a level where he can argue with Receptionists. He said he is not discussing this, he is telling me. Mr Molefe went on to explain how lucky I am to be getting this opportunity and that they are doing me a favor. He then went out of the meeting without allowing Mr Gobind or myself to speak. A few days went by and Mr Molefe was ignoring me in the office and not even greeting. He got a lady who was said to be his girlfriend to do the duties which I would normally do. On the 28th of January Mr Gobind called me into his office and said I can see that things are tense in the office and that he has to terminate my contract and that I will be serving 2 weeks notice from that day on. I replied by saying I understand, thank you for the opportunity and asked when I would be receiving my salary for the month, Mr Gobind assured me that it is being done as we spoke and that I should have it by the end of the day. I then said I would like to leave immediately as i no longer wanted to be in an environment where I was being treated as less than a human being. Mr Gobind said I am welcome to do so. I have never received my January salary payment from KBH Plastics, I have called and emailed numerous times and Mr Molefe keeps saying he will do it in the next hour every time I call. Today is the 15th of February and I still have received no payment from KBH Plastics
