I have a low credit score and been looking for finacial assistance, Finncorr sent me an email stating that my loan has been approved. Although I am very skeptical about giving them my details, it seems promising.
Vodacom sim swap difficulty. Years back while I was still a student my mother took out a Vodacom contract for me, after the contract period she canceled the contract at Vodacom Killarney and requested that the number be put on prepaid. Now I have lost my phone and am unable to do the sim swap because I am told the sim card is on contract and my mom needs to do it, however, my mom is in a different province and Vodacom is refusing for her even to write a letter of authority / affidavid for me to go do the sim swap at a vodacom store by myself.
DSTV offered me a reconnection of my compact susprcription fee of R339pm for 3 months via a link, I paid and it showed me a bigger amount that the R339, I paid R402 thinking that for the next 3 months I will be paying R339, |I now am paying and it is asking me for R470. I called the call centre and they say the offer had expired yet the offer expired on the 31st of July and I made my payment on the 23rd of July which their consultant confirmed. I wan to cancel all my families suspritions and get Netflix as we are being ****med and treated unfairley
Vilamora Tours has the worst service ever. I booked a bus from Idutywa to Johannesburg, the bus drove right passed us at the bus stop and did not communicate, after hours of standing in the cold, we (passengers) after many attempts to call their office with no avial we managed get whatsapp numbers from their facebook page. we whatsapped the number and they said the bus could not stop due to traffic control and that we must make means to get to Queenstown. Hours later unable to get transport to get to Queenstown I went home and communicated with the person on the whatsapp and they said I would get my full refund from JHB Park station. Once arrived, they said no they have to organise funds to refund me. It has been 8 days and I still have not recieved my refund!!!!
My mother called into Vodacom to pay her account which is in arrears and the consultant or call centre agent was extremeley rude, implying she is not the account holder, kept making her repeat her email address and ID number many times, she had attitude and condecending tone...only because my mother wanted to make a payment arrangement on her account, why would anyone *****ently want to make a payment into someone else's account. The girl sounded not ineterested in anything she had to say. very rude yet they say they need jobs
My partner was hijacked and kidnapped yesterday, the kidnappers took his phone and wallet. He was held at gun point and told to handover his passwords and pin. When he managed to get away he called me and asked me to call the bank FNB and block all his cards, cellphone and internet banking. I just exactly that, the lady from the fraud department said that everything was blocked yet this morning when my partner went to the bank he found that only his cards were blocked and not his online banking so the criminals were still making transfers...very disappointed in FNB
Nobungcwele Matshabane at Pep store Idutywa Shopping Centre P6694 provided the worst service to my elderly mother, this lady with a name tag Nobu whom I later found out from the manager (Yolanda Mbombo) that her name is Nobungcwele Matshabane gave my mom attitude while she was trying to send a parcel to Johannesburg via them. She refused to search for the store to which my mother wanted to send the parcel and requested that she goes and finds out what the store number is and once my mother received it, she told my elderly mother to cram the number herself as she was the one who wanted to send the parcel. Extremely rude this girl, I don't think I will be using their services ever again.
I received a call from Nedbank Sandton with a loan offer of which I accepted, when going into the branch on the 29th of May I was assisted by Noluthando Mboyana, we completed the loan and I asked to open a funeral policy..all of which went well. After that the consultant went on to offer me a credit card which I accepted, she told me I would receive an sms within 3 days to let me know when to collect the card. I emailed and called the consultant on her direct line which she never answered or responded to my emails. The consultant then responded on the 8th of July with a lower credit card offer saying that there was a problem with the capturing department and I would receive an sms within 3 days to inform me to come and collect the card, it is now the 16th of July, Noluthando Mboyana is not responding to my emails and not answering her direct line at Nedbank Sandton City. What worries me is the miscommunication at Nedbank as on the 9th of July I received a call from Multichoice saying that they received my documents from Nedbank applying for a price lock which I did not do, I asked Multichoice why Nedbank would send them my documents and the lady had no answer, I tried to contact Nedbank and still no response. I would like to know what is happening with his credit card application as I've been told more than once that its approved. I am very dissapointed with Nedbank.
A lady with the surname Chilone at this CRC Client Centre in Pretoria was very rude and not willing to assist my mother and I at all. She was disrespectful and dismissed my mother without assisting until the very last minute. Very rude indeed.
I was employed at KBH Plastics in Lanseria Corporate Estate on the 7th of January 2019 by Mr Sudesh Gobind and Mr Kgomotso Molefe. KBH Plastics is said to be a 100% Black owned company but in the short period of time that I was there Mr Kgomotso Molefe kept on telling me that he actually wanted a white person in my position and that he was doing me favor by giving me that opportunity yet Mr Molefe would continuously joke about how I like speaking English all the time. On the 18th of January 2019 at 23:02 I received a text message from Mr Molefe saying "There's a likelihood that I may terminate your contract. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR CONDUCT. SEEMS LIKE YOU FORGOT THAT I AM NOT FRIEND BUT YOUR BOSS'' i did not respond to this text message as I was unsure what it was about as I do not recall Mr Molefe and I ever getting into a quarell of any kind. On Monday morning Mr Molefe called me into Mr Gobinds office and said do I remember that during my interviews he said he actually wanted white person for this position and as I tried to respond Mr Molefe said that he is not at a level where he can argue with Receptionists. He said he is not discussing this, he is telling me. Mr Molefe went on to explain how lucky I am to be getting this opportunity and that they are doing me a favor. He then went out of the meeting without allowing Mr Gobind or myself to speak. A few days went by and Mr Molefe was ignoring me in the office and not even greeting. He got a lady who was said to be his girlfriend to do the duties which I would normally do. On the 28th of January Mr Gobind called me into his office and said I can see that things are tense in the office and that he has to terminate my contract and that I will be serving 2 weeks notice from that day on. I replied by saying I understand, thank you for the opportunity and asked when I would be receiving my salary for the month, Mr Gobind assured me that it is being done as we spoke and that I should have it by the end of the day. I then said I would like to leave immediately as i no longer wanted to be in an environment where I was being treated as less than a human being. Mr Gobind said I am welcome to do so. I have never received my January salary payment from KBH Plastics, I have called and emailed numerous times and Mr Molefe keeps saying he will do it in the next hour every time I call. Today is the 15th of February and I still have received no payment from KBH Plastics
