Warranty denied

I bought Temp scanner at Kcarrim hardware in bloedmall, in 02.12.2021 worth R350 it has 1 year warranty now in march it stop working I returned the product to the store to my suprice they said they dont do returns they dnt do warranty things, i gt the slip, box M very much disappointed to this stage i really need the money back or the working scanner.
