Poor service from K Currim van Der Hoff RoadPretoria
M very disappointed by K carrim van Der Hoff Road Pretoria branch after I bought yesterday 11/10/25 a tap "fountain " set wen I opened the box at home i found out that it was cracked and the shop was closed for me to return back so today 12/10/25 wen I took it back the manager refused to take it claiming it was my fault how can I cracked a still and i could see we are arguing with no way forward i then decided to left it there with them I walk away that guy refused to listen to me poor service fir such a great company 💔

No return and no exchange after 7 days at Carrims Pretoria- am very disappointed and never buying from them
We went to K Carrim in Pretoria store and bought the tiles on special and when we had excess material they refused to take the tiles back. I think is unfair that they cannot buy their own product back. they have a small clause that after 7 days you cannot return their products, and our installation took more that 2 weeks to finish. what do they suggest we do with the 7 boxes of tiles? no shop wants to buy them and it is also unfair to expect them to buy products that are not theirs. if you may advise on what to do please come through.

We went to K Carrim in Pretoria store and bought the tiles on special and when we had excess material they refused to take the tiles back. KCarrim Unreliable
We had been buying building materials from KCarrim since the start of our project and although the orders were slow to arrive they did arrive. The problem started when we ordered aluminium windows and an aluminium front door on the 14th of February. The wrong windows arrived but we overlooked that because the size was correct. The door however never arrived. We kept requesting when the door would arrive as we were told that the supplier was making the door. On the 27th of March we went to the store in person to enquire about the door and were told that the stock had arrived but due to it being a long weekend (easter weekend) we would only receive delivery of the door on Tuesday the 2nd of April, to which we agreed. On Tuesday the 2nd we called to ask what time delivery would be taking place, only to be told (explicitly) that delivery drivers were DRUNK and HUNGOVER (unprofessional to mention this to a customer) and promised to call back as and when a driver becomes available. We never received the call and called the next day 3rd of March and were told that there was no stock and that we had been refunded to a KCarrim account. My complaint is that we left space for a door that was possibly sold to someone else. The lack of professionalism and blatant disrespect has left us so disappointed considering how loyal we had been to the store and we wish that the powers that be at KCarrim will address this. While writing this, I received a call from their customer care to say that they've raised a purchase order for the door, meaning another 2-3 months wait when we were promised delivery yesterday. Building a house is such a stressful ordeal and having an unreliable supplier just adds to that stress. Please do better by your customers.

K Carrim unhappy about roofing wood
Their roofing wood is very bad and poor quality ,you can see it is reject wood and roughly cut and mostly bend and twisted, bought carbolineum (durafix) but its just thinned old car oil. Will never buy any building material there again. Branch in Moot area Pretoria -Van der Hoff weg

K Carrim steals money
This is the worst online experience ever. Bought items, sent driver to collect, but not all the items were there. Phoned them the next week to confirm that everything is there. Francois confirmed that everything was there. I send another truck that cost me R600 additional. When he gets there he is told that they do not have the rafters,again and that the other products were discontinued and they don’t have them. I then request a refund, fill in the forms which states payment within 7 days. It has now been two weeks. No payment and they are closed for the festive period. I can only talk to thema again next year. Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!

Warranty denied
I bought Temp scanner at Kcarrim hardware in bloedmall, in 02.12.2021 worth R350 it has 1 year warranty now in march it stop working I returned the product to the store to my suprice they said they dont do returns they dnt do warranty things, i gt the slip, box M very much disappointed to this stage i really need the money back or the working scanner.
