K Carrim steals money

This is the worst online experience ever. Bought items, sent driver to collect, but not all the items were there. Phoned them the next week to confirm that everything is there. Francois confirmed that everything was there. I send another truck that cost me R600 additional. When he gets there he is told that they do not have the rafters,again and that the other products were discontinued and they don’t have them. I then request a refund, fill in the forms which states payment within 7 days. It has now been two weeks. No payment and they are closed for the festive period. I can only talk to thema again next year. Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!
