I experienced the worst customer service at Keedo Mall of the North, not the first time!! Initially decided the let the first occurrence go as I thought it was just a mere error but clearly they are hell bent on giving customers the unnecessary run around. Went there to log a return on items bought, was told they didn’t have enough cash and couldn’t give me a gift card either and was told to go return my items at Edgars as they also sell Keedo items. When I arrived at Edgars management mentioned they do not return items bought at Keedo main store and were surprised that I was the third customer who had been sent there with the wrong information. When the managers called Keedo they BLATANTLY DENIED having even spoken to me or having sent me there.
