Keiths Panel Shiop theft

My car went in November 2020, on receiving the car I had noticed that my rubber mats and console f=divider was missing. Ive mad e calls once or twice a week for the last 3 months and have been made promise after promise with no resolution. Ive been promised call backs, ordering of parts and and and... I only went to them due to my insurance King price.

I am fuming and will make alast call today before taking it further.
