Beware of TPN Credit Check
NOTE! Please if you really have to pay for a TPN, make sure all information given is correct. In their software (MRI Software) they filled in the instalment and salary as the same amount, causing a negative score on their system. Logically rent can not be the same amount as your full salary... Also one lady that I dealt with is very rude.

DEPOSIT
The worst Rental Agency in Nelspruit, Public, please use the other Agencies. Agent Nicolene is an arrogant, horrible, unprofessional human being in the wrong position. She has no people's skills, no respect, no morals, no ethics. Talks down to me and husband as though we are in grade R. Please, to the MD, get rid of her. Annelie Wessels does not respond to any mails whatsoever. They are bunch of carniving tenant deposit grabbers. My deposit is R9000, Grant Campbell held a meeting with us on 02 September to duscuss our deposit refund but instead approached us as per their plan saying he can help us with 50% of kellaprince admin fees, our deposit is with Landlord, ive never met or spoken to this landlord. . From the receptionist to the the Principal, all know what they are doing. believe me their trust account is holding deposits is full of doing poor tenants down in the most demeaning way. Grant promised to pay back my deposit once they have a tenant which was a damn lie, they already had a tenant who moved in their items well before September. I gave them 6 weeks of notice to move out ion 31 August, Nicolene intentionally brought no tenants to the unit because they devised a planon how to lie and consume my deposit, grant has not contacted me since 02 september, Please people make use of the rental tribunal, you have your rights. The MD of Kellaprince needs to step in knie that the PPRA will be informed and Audit trust Accounts , then we will see where our deposits are. Stand up and take your cases to the Rental Tribunal please. We don't pick up R8k or R9k on the streets.

Quick to take deposits but find every excuse under the sun to withhold
Very disappointed in the Nelspruit Kellaprince. I had a telephonic discussion with the manager and she told me she was busy sorting out her bank app on her cell phone. All I was trying to do was sort out the deposit for my daughter that they were withholding. The reasons for the monies being withheld do still not make 100% sense to me. Definitely use someone else if it's at all possible.

DISGUSTING, RUDE AND ENTITLED AGENCY
We've worked with Annelie Wessels from Feb 2024 and from the get go, it was clear that she was antagonising, disrespectful and rude. We made 3x payments for November rent and mistakenly used the incorrect unit number (as we had moved into another unit in the same building). Despite sending her 3x messages, having attached the proof of payments, she instructs an attorney to issue a letter of demand for outstanding payment! Only after we send through the proof of payments to the attorney, who then sends them to her, does she acknowledge receipt. She is *********, two face and focused on closing a sale to lock you into a contract - only to come back 2 months later and say there is outstanding payment. Entitled, rude, childish and despicable person! Never acknowledges her mistakes but always a reason for charge us extra! Tenants that we found here when we first moved in, complained about their behaviour. New tenants also complain about their behaviour. Shame on you!

It's a big circus show at kellaprince properties they are running a **** they don't care about your security or your health they always want your money but never deliver the service they ****med me around R8600 this people for deposit, and they don't have no shame in doing it....I hope their business fall so that people won't experience what I have experienced the horrible abuse I have suffered

The manager grant is a liar he wil speak nice on ur face and rob u behind ur back . They will neva fix problems on the property but will always cry for rent . They will neva reply to emails nor fone calls and will blame everyone else and neva take responsibility . If u eva rent in nels neva use kellerprince .

Terribly unprofessional and unresponsive
The service at Kellaprince was nothing short of atrocious. We were in Nelspruit for a limited time and were very interested in a specific property. This was still available on the website and according to the real estate agent. She promised she would book a viewing and after being completely unresponsive, on our very last day, we went to the offices to demand some answers. She refused to see us or speak to us even though she was sitting at her desk where we could see her! and we were informed that the property had been sold and they had been doing the paperwork for 2 weeks! Annelie Wessels, your manners are absolutely disgusting and because of you Kellaprince will lose a lot of business. Will not recommend this agency to any of our friends or family.
