NOTE! Please if you really have to pay for a TPN, make sure all information given is correct. In their software (MRI Software) they filled in the instalment and salary as the same amount, causing a negative score on their system. Logically rent can not be the same amount as your full salary... Also one lady that I dealt with is very rude.
Getting calls from the sales department at 6 pm is not professional. I am a current customer, but I keep getting bothered. Sort your admin out!
Be warned: Devices bought from FNB will be FNB connect Sim locked, even if it is a Dual Sim. Making the use of the devices to switching to or using them pointless. They do not state this anywhere clearly. This device will only be useful if you only want to solely use FNB Connect.

I have cancelled my contract on the date it ends, since Telkom is know to keep someone in the contract after it is supposed to stop. I called waited hours to make sure it was done correctly, but apparently they can not do their own simple things. Now I have a full amount debit order for no reason.
There are more ads than actual content lately, it's overwhelming. You're basically forced to pay for the premium plan, which keeps getting more expensive, just to remove the ads. The only real benefit is ad-free viewing. Unless you're using an ad blocker on Chrome, there's no way to escape ads on smart TVs or phones. Worst of all, around 80% of the ads are ****s, phishing attempts, or inappropriate content.
Most unstable network ever. You only able to log tickets with an AI chatbot. Which is a hot or miss, but most times a miss. If you get helped by a human, they will tell you to move your router, reset and so on. It is not my side...
Giving two stars as I normally have no issues, but lately it keeps happening. I am a gamer and I stream movies. I know this internet is not perfect and not built for flawless connection. Again I am getting huge sets of latency or ping. I can not game or enjoy movies with the connection. It stops for like 10 minutes and happens again, when I am unable to enjoy basic internet.
I quote from their site: "Watch Netflix on your smartphone, tablet, Smart TV, laptop, or streaming device, all for one fixed monthly fee. Plans range from R 49 to R 199 a month. No extra costs, no contracts." I took the R199 package, have a deduction of R199 on the 27th. Which I expect, then a day later I get a R3.98 charge. This is an extra charge or fee!
They do not respond on Hellopeter anymore. Their customer support does not let you call into a real human being, for queries. My contract ends in April, but it now stats it ends in 31st March; Which is incorrect. Seeing what happens to people getting double charged or *****. I can not query this and now must I worry?
