This Company has ****med people for the longest time now. And they keep changing name. Now they are trading under Ebt Relief Group. Be aware of this company!!! Their Debt Counsellor is just a front person who is not even serving the clients. The Directors of the company are the ones who runs the show and **** people by practicing systematic *****. The Ramkelwana's are the directors of the company and also the mastermind behind this ***** that has let numerous consumers in much deeper trouble. And they to ***** your money like it's nobodys business.

Company: Debt Solution SA / Debt Relief Group Address: 13 Brand Rd, Bulwer, Berea, 4083 Charter House 1st Floor I am lodging this complaint against Debt Solution SA for ********ly withholding my salary, in clear breach of the employment contract I signed and in violation of South African labour legislation, including the Labour Relations Act and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA). Despite fulfilling my contractual obligations and rendering my services, my salary was withheld without lawful justification, due process, or written explanation. This conduct constitutes a material breach of contract and a direct violation of statutory labour protections afforded to employees. After years of service to this company, I never expected to be treated in this manner. The financial and emotional impact of refusing to pay an employee for work performed cannot be overstated. This decision has caused severe personal hardship and instability, which could have been avoided through lawful and ethical conduct. It is deeply concerning that a company operating in a regulated financial environment demonstrates such disregard for employment law. This raises serious questions about governance, compliance, and overall business ethics. A company that fails to uphold the law in its treatment of employees cannot reasonably be trusted to act in the best interests of its clients. I strongly urge prospective employees to thoroughly review their employment contracts, understand their rights, and fami****ise themselves with applicable labour laws before engaging with this organisation. I am still awaiting full payment of my outstanding salary and a formal resolution to this matter. Next thing I will be going into media, I will not let this slide. This has gone to far without anyone taking any accountability in that organization. I have a lot to say but I will be leave it for relevant channels!!!

I'm a client of Dept solutions sa for about 4 months. They have been deducting money from my account but they didn't destribute funds to my creditor. I my account are on areas and my credit score is getting worse and worse. I called the consultant got no explanation. Manager refused to speak to me. I requested to call the complaint department but I was given the email address I used to send my documents when I joined the company. I wrote the email it was not answered. Called the consultant and I was insulted by women called Zama Zondi and refused to send me the recording of the call

I have been contacted by Debt Solution SA in the covid time and I considered it and completed the forms but just after that I decided not to go under debt counselling and asked them to cancel but on my credit report It shows that I am under debt counselling and after mails and trying to contact them and even completing the call back on their website I am still not getting a response to get that removed from my name. This is already and I have this on my name since 2020.

Your incompetent and quite rude staff member Sharnel called me and was showed her lack of ethics, education or morals. Reconsider the level of education you require from your call center staff. Further to that she couldn't tell me how she got my number, which is contravention of the POPI act
