You reported various issues at your unit, firstly with the wrong person, Bernadine, who is our rental agent, you should have reported the issue directly with your administrator who is Marlene. Your administrator did send you correspondence via email, to which you replied via your phone call to her that you were too busy to read your emails. Our policy with regards to maintenance issues is that everything must be in writing and emailed to your administrator, and we clearly explained this procedure to you during your hand-over when you moved in. We try our best to accommodate tenants as speedily as possible within a reasonable time frame and with the assistance of our various contractors, whom we also must admit, also have very busy schedules, especially during this time in December, and they try to accommodate tenants as best they can. You should have informed us clearly as to when and what time you were available for contractors to be able to quote when you initially reported your maintenance faults and not just assume that we would know what your schedule would be. We trust that any further unhappiness will be avoided and that we all strive towards more open and productive communication methods.
