My deposit is R9000, Grant Campbell held a meeting with us on 02 September to duscuss our deposit refund but instead approached us as per their plan saying he can help us with 50% of kellaprince admin fees, our deposit is with Landlord, ive never met or spoken to this landlord. . From the receptionist to the the Principal, all know what they are doing. believe me their trust account is holding deposits is full of doing poor tenants down in the most demeaning way. Grant promised to pay back my deposit once they have a tenant which was a damn lie, they already had a tenant who moved in their items well before September. I gave them 6 weeks of notice to move out ion 31 August, Nicolene intentionally brought no tenants to the unit because they devised a planon how to lie and consume my deposit, grant has not contacted me since 02 september, Please people make use of the rental tribunal, you have your rights. The MD of Kellaprince needs to step in knie that the PPRA will be informed and Audit trust Accounts , then we will see where our deposits are. Stand up and take your cases to the Rental Tribunal please. We don't pick up R8k or R9k on the streets.
