As a first-time homebuyer, I could not have asked for a better agent than Jean-Pierre Jelliman. From the very first day I viewed the property, his support and exceptional service stood out. This journey began on the 23rd of September, and thanks to JP’s hard work and dedication, it has now come to a successful and stress-free end. He walked me through every step of the buying process, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. He checked in with me regularly, reassured me when things felt overwhelming, and made sure I always knew what to expect. One of the greatest things he did was helping me negotiate a discount with the transfer attorneys, something that saved me a great deal of stress and showed just how much he truly cares about his clients. People often say that buying a house is one of the most stressful experiences you can go through, but JP turned it into a smooth-sailing journey. Meeting him was a blessing, and I am genuinely grateful for the role he played in helping me secure my first home. I wholeheartedly recommend JP to anyone looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, dedicated, and truly invested in your happiness.

I had a disappointing experience with KWSA agents. Despite their promise of fair dealings, they took advantage of me as a tenant by imposing ******* charges and then refusing to refund them. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their professionalism and integrity. Potential renters beware: proceed with caution when dealing with KWSA agents, as they prioritize profit over ethical practices.

Dear consumers, I have just been contacted by two agents from Keller Williams Realty about whether I want a "Desktop Evaluation with a price range" for my property, which is NOT ON SALE. They claim they have my personal information from the Deeds office. All of this is totally against the POPI act, which they flagrantly disregard. Use them at your peril. They have no consideration for the law and I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole, never mind my property. Signed, Gill Davidson

We asked a realtor, Mariska Hamel, to have our property sold, and she got us an investment buyer, we waited almost a year for the sale to go through only to find out, the agency knew the financials of the property was not good and did not disclose this to the buyer. In the interim Mariska got us a tenant she knew and trusted to pay occupational rent, later on the buyer pulled out and we were stuck with the tenant who now, we’ve come to understand, is under debt review and owes Mariska’s agency 20k+ in rent. We now are dealing with another agency and the property is almost sold, but now Mariska has taken this tenant’s deposit as payment for her previous debt to Keller Williams and given the tenant the second set of keys to our property. Making evicting her a huge problem costing us an additional 35k.

I am absolutely appalled by the service we received from Tania De Vries at Keller Williams. She does not answer her phone neither does she return calls to provide feedback. I went as far as getting her principals cell phone number and Lucinda was not helpful either, she promised to provide feedback to me and confirmed if she could call me on the same number but I did not receive a call from her and she too did not answer or return any of my calls thereafter. I will not buy or sell any property using Keller Williams Advanced in Roodepoort and will quite frankly stay away from any properties listed by Keller Williams advanced.

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Jolanda Faught from Keller Williams Realty Advance. She assisted me in buying our dream house and she always gave her best effort and best quality. Jolanda has a great love and passion for Real estate and has stepped into this role easily and with fantastic quality work, management style. She handled enormously large volumes of documentation and phone calls for me and managed to remain calm under this pressure. Jolanda took the initiative to do her own research on houses in the area and stepped up to the plate unbelievably. Her account management and ease of this was superb - above and beyond what was expected. Even more, she assumed the role naturally without having to be asked by me. She displayed great attributes and is such an amazing agent! Well done Jolanda!!! You are such a huge asset to the Keller Williams team. Keep up the good work!

I purchased a property through Keller Williams Property last year in September. When viewing the property I identified defects (roof leaks) which were included and identified in the Offer to Purchase and the Sales Contract. When I took occupation of the property I was assured by your sales agent that the defects had been repaired. When they started leaking, I then contacted the conveyancing attorneys (ESI) to request proof that the repairs had, in fact, been carried out. They could not provide me with invoices for both repairs. Now, should your agent not have ensured that the leaks had been repaired by the sellers before assuring me that they had been? Your sales agent has now referred me back to the conveyancing attorneys, who have informed my lawyer (as I am planning to sue) that the sellers have refused to allow them to provide my attorney with contact details so that he can issue them with a letter of demand. Is this how your company treats its clients? By shrugging its shoulders? I am appalled by the lack of due diligence, care, and after-sales treatment shown by your sales agent, as he looked me in the eye and confirmed that the repairs had been done. I am certainly planning to spread the word so that potential future buyers know what to expect from Keller Williams. This has not been the pleasant experience buying a home is meant to be.

A Big thank you to Jolanda for the professional service we received with the sale of my late father's estate. We as a family received so much support and empathy from Jolanda. Jolanda went out of her way to ensure that our interests were looked after. The speedy sale of the house was just astounding. The house went on the market on Friday, and on Tuesday evening the house was sold. Throughout the process Jolanda kept us updated until this morning that the house registration to the new owners went through. Jolanda, thank you very much from us as family, you made a very emotional time a bit easier with all your help.
