I called Kelly on the 5th of November requesting for an UI. 19, I was transferred to a lady by the name of Silvia who said she was on the road and I Shoul call her back after an hour. Called back around 3pm my call kept being dropped. Called back again, the lady who transferred me to payroll told me that they'll get someone to call me. No one called me.
Called again on Monday morning 8/11/2021, my call was transferred to Sylvia who told me she was logging my request and it will take 7 business days for me to get my UI. 19. Did a follow up on Thursday the 11th and I was told to wait for day 7 for me to get the document.
Monday 15 November 2021, called in again at 10am requesting for the document. A lady answered and didn't even bother giving me her name and told me she was sending the document. 4 hours later, I am still waiting for the document. I call in, my call gets transferred to payroll, no answer. I call again, I was provided with payroll's direct number, no answer.
Why are they dragging their legs or are they waiting for the Labour department to decline our UIF request? I wouldn't be asking for the UI. 19 if I didn't need it.
I've never been this disappointed in my entire life. Worst experience ever!
