I called Kelly on the 5th of November requesting for an UI. 19, I was transferred to a lady by the name of Silvia who said she was on the road and I Shoul call her back after an hour. Called back around 3pm my call kept being dropped. Called back again, the lady who transferred me to payroll told me that they'll get someone to call me. No one called me. Called again on Monday morning 8/11/2021, my call was transferred to Sylvia who told me she was logging my request and it will take 7 business days for me to get my UI. 19. Did a follow up on Thursday the 11th and I was told to wait for day 7 for me to get the document. Monday 15 November 2021, called in again at 10am requesting for the document. A lady answered and didn't even bother giving me her name and told me she was sending the document. 4 hours later, I am still waiting for the document. I call in, my call gets transferred to payroll, no answer. I call again, I was provided with payroll's direct number, no answer. Why are they dragging their legs or are they waiting for the Labour department to decline our UIF request? I wouldn't be asking for the UI. 19 if I didn't need it. I've never been this disappointed in my entire life. Worst experience ever!
Wow HomeChoice I'm just amazed by the service I've just received. This lady calls me telling me she's from HomeChoice wanting to confirm if I've made an order with them. I confirm all my details then she says I must send her my proof of residence for the address I need my order to be delivered to? I don't live there how will I find a proof of address for an address that I just need an order to be delivered to? If I need a parcel to be delivered to my work address do I need proof of address, she says no. I tell her that my FICA information has not changed and I still reside in the same place. She wasn't even bothered to say the least and was more than happy to cancel my order when I said I'll cancel. Is this how HomeChoice retains it's clients? I'm still shocked with the "it's either my way or the highway type of service"
I requested a partial withdrawal request via email to Old Mutual on the 1st of March 2021. 5 business days later no response, no communication from Old Mutual. If this withdrawal wasn't urgent, I wouldn't have done it. Worst service ever!
Ordered made online @ 16:12. Ordered delivered at 18:00, Pizza ICE COLD and WRONG ORDER! The delivery guy was extremely pathetic,told me how he mistakenly gave my garlic ripper to the previous client, offered me a standard pizza? Really debonairs? How does the store mix orders? Pizza was tasteless! I've used their online service before and I had no complaints whatsoever but the recent service:(. I'm disappointed Debonairs. My love for your pizza has been soured by my latest experience.
