Kelly Jaynes refused to refund me

Kelly Jaynes cakes are a rip off, after i had sent them a wattsup in which i was asking whether i will receive my refund, i was told i should come and bring the stands. WHEN I GOT TO THE STORE, i was told to leave my banking details which will be used to refund me. The next thing i get an email telling me how they wont refund me since i brought the stands back after the stipulated time period.

The reason i sent the wattsup was to confirm if i will receive the refund or not and clearly stated that the wedding was in December. After this confirmation i wasted time and petrol driving to Kelly Jaynes, and still they refuse to give me a refund. A complete rip off.

I will never recommend these people ever for future use. I have also included this review on all social media platforms. Sometimes supporting local comes with such bad experiences.
